Affiliate Agreement (T and Y)

Dear Mr. Tarek Hammam and Mr. Yousef AL Qoussy,

Welcome to our affiliate program.

Firstly, we are expressing our pleasure to gain your interest to join our affiliate team. We hope you find our affiliate program is valuable for you in terms of increasing your income.

Please note that this agreement is confidential and private to Mr. Tarek Hammam and Mr. Youssef AL Qoussy only and will not be applied or extended to anyone else unless an official amendment comes active by us. This agreement shall not be shared with any other member of the affiliate program on in2con.com. This agreement is considered as official with Design Tech FZE and authorized by Mr. Khaled Mojahed (Managing Director of Design Tech FZE).

How does our affiliate program work:

You must have an email address which you will use to create an affiliate account by filling the online form on our marketplace (Become an affiliate).

Upon submitting your completed application, the application will be subjected to review and approval by our team in order to assure its compliance with our legal and commercial requirements and conditions as applicable.

When your affiliate account is approved and activated, you will be able to log into your affiliate account using the provided link in the lower portion in our website (Become an Affiliate). Accordingly, you will be able to be an affiliate in two methods as follows:

1- Seller affiliate:

When you refer in2con.com to a new seller of any category, you will gain the agreed percentage, as stated in (Table AF2.10) of all the successful and completed orders' value done to any of the seller's products. Please share your (Seller affiliate tracking link) by sending an email to (info@in2con.com) along with the seller's contact details in order to enable us to create the seller's account which will be linked to your affiliate account for calculations purposes.

2- Product affiliate:

When you refer a products from in2con.com to your contacts on any web based platform or social medias, you will gain 1.00 % of all the successful and completed orders of the referred product which are done using your affiliate code.

Relations with customers:

Customers who buy products through this Program are our customers with respect to all activities they undertake in connection with in2con.com . Accordingly, as between you and us, all pricing, terms of sale, rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales set forth on in2con.com will apply to those customers, and we may change them at any time.

Identifying your self as an affiliate:

Unless you are officially authorized to do so, you will not issue any press release or make any other public communication with respect to this Terms & Conditions, your use of the Content, or your participation in in2con.com Affiliates Program.

Upon separate official communication between us and you, we would authorize you to represent us with a seller with a clear statement of your objectives and your authorities.
