Return Policy

While are valuing our esteemed customers and from our understand of the probability for the human errors, we are enabling our customers to return the delivered products considering the following policies:


Damaged on arrival:

Our registered sellers are paying very high attention to their products to assure the quality of the product before highlighting them for delivery according to your order. Also, the sellers are taking high care to the products during handling, stacking and transportation. Moreover, the products are being inspected again and confirmed as (ready to go) before it moved from the seller's location. Though, there is still very little chance for a products to be delivered as (damaged). However, the damaged products (partially or fully) shall be reported in the signed delivery note and supported with photos. The signed delivery note without any comment by the customer is considered as a confirmation of (undamaged) products. We will arrange the replacement of the reported items in coordination with the seller. The customer will be granted the option to:

  1. Refund the paid amount of the affected goods (excluding the shipping fees) to the same payment method within 10 days from the authorization date.
  2. Receive a voucher for the value of the affected goods (excluding the shipping fees) within 24 Hrs. from the authorization date.

Faulty on arrival:

Our registered sellers are paying very high attention to their products to assure the quality of the product before highlighting them for delivery according to your order. Also, the sellers are taking the necessary measures to test the products before making it ready for shipping. Though, there is a very little chance for a (faulty, expired, not working, ... etc.) product to be delivered by mistake. However, the faulty products (partially or fully) shall be reported to us within 72 Hrs. from the time of delivery. We will arrange the  replacement of the reported items in coordination with the seller. The customer will be granted the option to:

  1. Refund the paid amount of the affected goods (excluding the shipping fees) to the same payment method within 10 days from the authorization date.
  2. Receive a voucher for the value of the affected goods (excluding the shipping fees) within 24 Hrs. from the authorization date.

Order error:

The customer has the right to cancel the order completely within 24 Hrs. only from the order's time. Full refund will be authorized within 24 Hrs. If the customer decide to cancel/return his order after the order's status is updated as (processing), a processing fees of (15 % of the total order value) will be deducted from the refund amount.

For the items with stock status of (Pre-order), the customer does have the right to cancel/return within 24 Hrs. so the customer will be authorized for full refund. If the order's status is updated as (processed), the customer will be authorized for 20 % refund only. The customer is not able to cancel/return this product after it is being updated as (shipped).

For the delivered orders, other than the (Pre-order) items, the customer does have the right within 24 Hrs. from the delivery time to decide a (return) to the products in its original (unopened & unused) status. The customer is responsible about shipping back the order in its original packaging and the handling cost will be deducted from the order value.
