online construction marketplace platform for B2B & B2C online
trading of building materials, equipments and services. Actually, (in2con.com) is designed to enable the
construction related suppliers for materials, equipment and services, to
sell/present their products online. (in2con.com) is deigned and operated by Design Tech Middle
East and it recently launched to the UAE market in 2020.
In (in2con.com), we're targeting to be the
most reliable construction motivating tool in the MENA area. To get that, we
need exceptionally talented, bright, and self motivated calibers with
entrepreneurship mindset. If you'd like to help us building the facility to
find and buy anything related to constructions and finishing online, this is
your chance to make history. We are looking for a dynamic, and organized
self-starter to join our team as an Account Manager to grow our marketplace
platform in the UAE.
This position is chartered with acquiring, developing and managing high value
accounts that secure new products selection, value pricing & convenience to
our customers. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for analyzing
product selection gaps and execute our GTM (Go To Market)
strategies to attract key market players to join our eCommerce platforms and
maximize the products’ selection edge & customer base accordingly.
Primary Responsibilities

Developing a thorough
understanding of the market segment, seasonality and global trends/events, and
continually monitoring competitor efforts.

Identifying, prospecting,
and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales
visits, events, and presentations.
·
Manage the seller’s account
on our platform in closed coordination with their assigned sales team.
·
Collaborating with and
influencing a number of internal and external stakeholders to understand and
resolve seller issues.
Basic Qualifications
·
A bachelor's degree is
required.
·
Ideal candidates must possess
2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the eCommerce, Building
materials, Retail, industries of fast moving building materials.
·
Demonstrated success in
exceeding sales targets using a consultative & solutions-focused
approaches.
·
Experience selling nascent
products/services into new markets is strongly desired.
·
Superior communication and
presentation skills, a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office
applications, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very
passionate about success and winning.

Excellent business judgment
with strong written and oral communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
·
Superior analytical
abilities and quantitative skills.
·
Comfortable with complex
financial data. Polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting
and negotiating
·
Ability to think and lead in
a high-energy, fast-paced environment Comfortable with “hands-on” management of
tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

E-commerce experience is a
Plus
·
2+ Years Direct Sales
experience is a Plus
·
Bachelor’s degree in
engineering, industry, commerce is a plus
Job Requirements
· The applicant should have a valid UAE driving license & a car (for outdoors meetings with clients).
· The applicant must have a valid UAE's residence visa (we will not provide visa sponsorship before 6 months).
