Delivery Policy

Please be advised that the official business days of our merchants are typically from Sunday to Thursday while some merchants are optionally working on Saturdays at their own decision. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and public holiday its holidays for all employees of in2con.com team in Design Tech FZE and shipping companies.

Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to arrange your shipment from in2con.com because your convenience is our priority.

 

in2con.com mainly enables you to pick your goods from the merchant's store and to arrange the delivery of your orders your self by bringing officially registered shipping companies into your fingers. in2con.com don't use the company's own fleet but enables you to assign the delivery process to an officially registered shipping merchant to ensure facilitate a wide range of shipping capacities and prices of your order.

We allow you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, on any day, on another day according to your geographical area, or during any week or even month.

You can contact the shipping merchants which you selected from in2con.com to get your orders delivered for the purchased products on a regular basis (daily, weekly or monthly).

Orders should be requested at least four hours ahead of time for same-day delivery (if applicable), bearing in mind the cut-off time of 10:00 AM and working hours of in2con.com. Some goods may need more time for processing according to the product's description stated by the merchant , with delivery taking a day or several days, depending on the nature of the item and the location.

In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service (info@in2con.com) and we will do our best to help you.

Our merchants will ask for your signature on a copy of the delivery note, which is issued by the seller, to confirm receipt and acceptance of the goods. Our shipping merchant, which is assigned by the you, will pick your order from the other merchant upon a written authorization from you to the seller. Our shipping merchant's representative will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature of anyone at the delivery address as a receipt of the order.

If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, your order will be kept unloaded on the shipping vehicle for Seven days (maximum) and additional shipping charge (1 full day rent of the shipping vehicle) shall be applied for every day in addition to any other charges incurred by the shipping company due to the waiting time or parking fees, ... etc. You are obliged to contact our customer service to set another delivery date and time after paying the applicable additional charges. The delivery attempts are limited to Two only. The shipping company as well as the seller are not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days of the first delivery attempt and the loaded orders will be destroyed and sent to the applicable dumping areas.

The delivery charge is shown in the shipping merchant's page per one way trip to different locations. The shipping to the rest of the UAE's cities shall be priced separately and directly with a shipping merchant.

Cash on Delivery is not applicable.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

The buyer has to coordinate with our delivery team to set the delivery date and time (+/- one hour). The buyer has to arrange the necessary off-loading equipments and manpower (if required) within 4  hours from the arrival time.

In case the buyer is choosing to collect the product from the seller's store, the buyer has to coordinate with the seller to set the pickup date and time.

No delivery shall be scheduled on Fridays or UAE's public holidays.

For UAE, Shipping orders must be placed 24 Hrs. (at least) in advance to enable the movement beyond any applicable road ban times.

 

Important Delivery Information:

A signature is required by the good's merchant upon pickup of the goods from the merchant's store. A signature is required by the shipping merchant upon arrival of the shipment and before off-loading of the goods.

Our shipping merchant insures all packages in transit from our merchant's store/warehouse to the delivery address against theft and incidental damage. Once the shipment has been signed for it is no longer insured by our shipping merchant.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only from the date of dispatch. Design Tech FZE and/or the shipping merchant are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes which shall be totally handled by the buyer.

We reserves the rights of our shipping merchant to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

If you want to cancel or refund your order and/or the shipping order, please head our Contact page and follow the steps to lodge a request.

Please note that if your order has been already scheduled for shipping from the seller's store, and you want to cancel it, you will charged for the delivery in addition to 10% of the order value.

If you order a product which is defined as (Pre-order), you will be able to cancel your order in the same day only and get full refund. If you cancel your order on the next calendar day and before it is being scheduled for shipping from the seller's store, 20% only of the order value will be authorized for refund. After that, no refund will be authorized.
